Have you heard of Bluesky?

Have you heard of Bluesky?

Every app on this page works with an account for an SNS called Bluesky. Before the apps, here is a quick introduction to Bluesky itself.

  1. An SNS much like X (Twitter)

Bluesky is a social network where you post short messages — timelines, follows, likes and reposts. If you have ever used X, you already know how it works.

  2. Born from a Twitter project

It grew out of a project started inside Twitter, and today it is run by an independent company. It is used all over the world, with an active Japanese-speaking community too.

  3. Its biggest feature: account freedom

A Bluesky account is not just for Bluesky. With the same account, you can use apps from all kinds of developers — and that is what this site is about.

One account. Unlimited apps.

One account. Unlimited apps.

Have you heard how free Bluesky is? Make one account, and hundreds of fresh, exciting services open up to you. There is no email registration and no new password to create — sign in with the account you already use, and you can start right away.

  1. No sign-up

Sign in with your Bluesky account. You never create a separate account for each app.

  2. Stored in one place

Each app’s data is stored in the same place as your Bluesky posts. Your account and your data stay together, in one place.

  3. Endless possibilities

Developers around the world are building on this network, with dozens of new apps appearing every week. Start Bluesky once, and all of them are within reach.

Three steps to start

  1. Create a Bluesky account

Make an account at the official site (bsky.app). Already have one? You’re set.

  2. Enjoy it with TOKIMEKI

Go to tokimeki.blue and sign in with that account. The official app is fine too — TOKIMEKI simply makes it more comfortable.

  3. Sign in to more apps

See something you like? Sign in with the same account — no new registration.

The trick has a name: AT Protocol.

Everything on this page runs on AT Protocol — an open, shared standard. Bluesky and all of these apps are built on the same protocol. That is why one account is enough, why your data stays together in your own hands, and why developers everywhere are free to build new apps.

The “AT PROTOCOL” on the passport cover? That was its name.
